I started working with Ensonglopedia in 2022 as Producer on The Puddle at the End of the World, a new musical comedy about climate change and climate migration for anyone aged 6+. This project built on knowledge gained during my work on The Promise opera on delivering theatrical work as close to carbon neutral as possible — a core value at Ensonglopedia and an approach that is built into all our productions.

Beyond my work on Puddle, my role expanded to encompass General Management responsibilities, overseeing strategic planning, financial management and fundraising. I also initiated and oversaw the company’s transition to Charitable status which we secured in 2024.

Before stepping down as Producer I secured funds for Light Fantastic!, a new musical comedy about the science of light, to be toured alongside a suite of workshops and internal development work aimed at strengthening the company’s access strategies and practices working with neurodivergent and disabled adults and young people.

I handed over producing responsibiltiy to the wonderful Charlotte Mackie ahead of taking some time off for maternity leave in November 2024. I am now engaged by Ensonglopedia as a Strategic Consultant, looking at long-term fundraising strategy, board recruitment and organisational sustainability.
